Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

UK orders: 

We try and get all orders out on a first come first served basis. Ready made items take around 2-3 business days and Custom orders take up to 10 business days. 

We do offer the express shipping option as listed above, but please contact us to ensure we can produce the item on time for you and your deadline.

International orders:

Standard shipping can take anything up to 3 weeks depending on customs in your country. Most orders reach your customers within 2 weeks of shipping ( excluding weekends & public holidays). Please let us know if you have a specific date you need to receive your items by so we can confirm the best shipping method for you.

You will be provided with a tracking code for all International orders - please check you Spam/Junk if you have missed it. Once your item has shipped we have the same information as you regarding it's whereabouts but please get in touch if you have any issues.

Please also note that tax/ custom fees are out of our control so we cannot change that.
