Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of the products and hygiene reasons, we have a non-refund policy and do not accept returns. 

GLITTER:

Please ensure our glitter is used with the correct skin friendly gel to ensure it adheres to the skin / with the correct nail varnish.

DO NOT EAT.

Please refrain from using close to the eyes. If product enters the eyes, wash immediately with warm water and seek medical advice. Application instructions are included with every purchase. Can cause irritation or abrasion to the skin when removed. We recommend a patch test prior to use if you are prone to sensitive skin.

Under adult supervision, our products are safe for children to use. Please refrain from use if a child is know to have skin allergies.

PLEASE NOTE - Glitters are difficult to photograph due to the variety of different colours and in different lights. They look much more vibrant on the skin than in our photographs. Glitter also tends to settle during transit so please give our bags a shake and stir before use.

HAIR:

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please follow the instructions on the care card on how to use your hair extensions correctly. DO NOT USE HEAT. Our hair is synthetic, vegan friendly and natural tangles will occur. 

We will however do everything in our power to rectify any issues that may have occurred so please rest assured that customer satisfaction is always our highest priority.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
